The recipient's library

Recipients can keep everything you've delivered to them in one place: the recipient's library. It's protected by their own password, and it's how they get access to an old delivery from you without digging through their inbox.

Creating their library

Once they've confirmed their identity and have access to the download page, they'll see "Go to your library" in the top right:

The first time, they choose a password, check the "I agree to the Terms." box, and click "Create my library":

The library link only shows if you have enabled Layer 1 security. In other words, they need to have identified themselves as the recipient before they can open their library. A delivery with Layer 1 switched off does not show the library link (as a page with page protection removed could be shared with others). See How the recipient confirms it's them.

What's in it

Their library lists every delivery from you, newest first, and each one opens its download page:

Each delivery in their recipient library shows its unique delivery reference. This matches the delivery reference you see in your Deliveries page. A delivery you've revoked stays in the list, marked "Access revoked" and similarly, deleted deliveries are still listed, and are marked "Access removed".

Signing back in

When their library is created, we email them an "Open your library" button, so they can come back to it any time. They sign in with their email address and password:

If they've forgotten their password, "Forgot your password?" emails them a link to set a new one.
