Billing and invoices

Once you've Launched, everything about what you pay is in Settings, under Your account. Your Billing page shows how this month's bill is building, and Invoices keeps every charge.

Your bill this month

Head to your Billing page. This period so far shows the deliveries you've made since your last billing date and what they've cost so far. Nothing on the page is a forecast: it's what you've actually used.

Beside it you'll see your Billing date and your Next charge. On your billing date we bill you for the month just gone, so a quiet month costs less. To see what each delivery volume costs, visit our pricing page.

Changing your card

On your Billing page, click "Replace card", enter your new card details, and click "Save card". To confirm the card, we place a $1.00 temporary hold on it and release it straight away. In other words, it's not a charge that will stay on your card. Once it's saved, your new card is the one we use for any future billing.

Payments are secured by Stripe, so Veluril never sees your full card number.

Your invoices

Every charge has its own invoice, including the one for Launching your library. Open Invoices to see them all, newest first, and click each to see who it's billed to, what you were charged for, and what you paid.

Click "Download PDF" for a copy for your records.

Each time a payment goes through, we email a receipt to your sign-in email, with a link to view or download the invoice.
