Uploading content in the Stripe app

This article is for the Veluril Stripe App only. If you are using Veluril anywhere else, please use the main help articles: help.veluril.com

There are three places in Stripe to upload new content to your Veluril library: the Veluril app, the app’s full page, and a product’s page, where the new content goes straight onto that product.

From the Veluril app

Click the Veluril icon at the top of your Stripe Dashboard to open the app:

Click the "Upload new content" button. Veluril opens in a new tab:

Click to choose your files, or drag them in. You can upload up to 10 at once:

Each file is checked, then added to your Veluril library. When they are all in, click the "Close this tab" button and you are back in Stripe:

Give each file the name your recipients will see, and click the "Save names" button at the bottom. A file needs a name before it can be delivered:

Name your 2 new files, a Content name field for each file, filled in as Checkmate Patterns and Opening Traps

If your image has location data, the app asks whether to keep or remove it before it can be delivered. See Why Veluril checks location safety in your photos.

From the app’s full page

Click the "Open full page" button at the top of the Veluril app, then the Content tab. Click the "Upload new content" button, and upload and name your files just as above:

From a product’s page

Open the product in your Stripe Dashboard, then click the Veluril icon. The app shows the files that product delivers. Click the "Upload files" button:

Upload your files just as above, and close the tab. Back in Stripe, name each file and click the "Add 1 file" button at the bottom:

If the product has already sold, the recipients who have it get the new file too. Choose whether to email them about it, and click the "Add 1 file" button again:

The new file goes at the end of the product’s files, and every new sale of the product delivers it:
