Delivering content in the Stripe app

This article is for the Veluril Stripe App only. If you are using Veluril anywhere else, please use the main help articles: help.veluril.com

Every sale of a product with content attached is delivered automatically: the buyer gets an email with a link to their download page. You can see every delivery in Stripe, and resend the email if needed.

A sale delivers it

Once your content is attached to the Stripe product, there’s nothing to do. When someone buys that product, Veluril sends them the delivery. To see the email and download page they get, see What your recipient receives.

On the Free Explore plan, you get unlimited deliveries, but only to your 3 test recipients, so be sure your test deliveries use one of those email addresses or they won’t be sent. See Free Explore test recipients.

In Transactions

Click Transactions in your Stripe Dashboard, then click the sale:

Click the Veluril icon. The app shows the delivery that sale sent, and its status:

On the app’s full page

Click the "Open full page" button at the top of the Veluril app, then the Deliveries tab. Every delivery you’ve sent is listed. Click the "View" button to open its transaction:

Resending a delivery

If your recipient can’t find the email, open the delivery and click the "Resend delivery" button. Then click "Resend delivery" again to confirm. It resends the same content to the same email address:
